Wholesalecrafts.com, the premier web service for sourcing American and Canadian made crafts continues to have record-breaking online sales.

Total online sales for 2007 were $3,047,707 – a 41% increase over 2006 year end results. The month of October, 2007 had the highest online sales of the year- $388,142. A total of 13,432 orders were placed online in 2007- a 31% increase over 2006 orders. The web service also reports 16,121 enrolled retailers and 1,330 enrolled artists to date.

“2007 was a fantastic year for Wholesalecrafts.com. With the debut of the American Craft Retailers Expo (ACRE) in Las Vegas, May 2007, and our second edition of ACRE in April 2008, we are anticipating another very good year,” said Nancy Vince, President.

Wholesalecrafts.com reports “up to the second statistics” on their site, which can be accessed by its members. The site reports total sales, number of orders and number of inquiries. Retailers may place orders through the shopping cart or directly through the artists. Wholesalecrafts.com does not charge a commission on sales. The service is free for retailers.
